So clearly two things were immediately obvious :1. That is almost surely a lie because as soon as we opened the bathroom sink faucet water started gushing from below the sink!! Upon quick visual inspection it was clear that a piece of plumbing below the sink was totally missing. We were given the keys to the room that we were told had been just been made ready by the cleaning staff. Around 12 pm got a text saying room was ready so we went back to Mayfair. We had already planned for some visits in the morning so were totally fine with that. We arrived around 8 am and were told we would be notified when our room for 4 would be available. Very disappointed by the quality of service at this hotel.
